翻译案例分析：

1.原文：本合同自买方和卖方签署之日生效。

译文：This Contract shall come into force from the date of execution hereof by the Buyer and the Seller.

分析：译文中的hereof属于商务合同翻译中的惯用副词，由于商务合同的特殊性，通常要用这类词来达到简洁严谨的效果。

2.原文：双方如遇有无法控制的事件或情况应视为不可抗力事件，但不限于火灾、风灾、水灾、地震、爆炸、战争、叛乱、暴动、传染病及瘟疫。

译文：Any event or circumstance beyond the control of the Parties should be deemed an event of Force Majeure and shall include, be not be restricted to, fire, storm, flood, earthquake, explosion, war, rebellion, insurrection, epidemic and quarantine restriction.

分析：译文中的deem, restrict, circumstance等词相对较为正式，这也是上午合同翻译选词的一个特点。另外，例如Force Majeure这样的外来词也比较常见。

3.原文：如不可抗力事故延续到一百天以上时，双方应通过友好协商尽快解决继续执行合同的问题。

译文：Should the effect of Force Majeure continue more than one hundred executive days both parties shall settle the further execution of the

contract through friendly negotiations as soon as possible.

分析：商务合同中也经常出现这种省略if的虚拟语气，对未来有可能出现的情况提前说明。

反思/心得体会：

为期两周的翻译实习一眨眼就过去了，这段短暂而又充实的经历可以说为我走向社会架起了一座桥梁。这次实践加深了我对专业知识的理解，同时也丰富了我的实际运用能力，为我以后的学习和工作奠定了初步的认识，使我提前感受到由一个学生转变到英语笔译工作者过程中的要求。

翻译是语言交流与沟通的桥梁和纽带。对于还没踏出过校门，还没有正式接触到翻译工作的我们来说，翻译实习就尤为重要。我本次的翻译实习以笔译为主，涉及的内容主要是商务合同的翻译。

纸上得来终觉浅，绝知此事要躬行。备考Catti的过程中，我练习的文本主要以政经材料为主，因此摸索出了一套自己的翻译技巧，如鱼得水。但是商务英语的翻译材料一般都是合同、客户资料、商业文件等专业性较强的文本，是我从未涉及过的领域。这些材料往往会涉及到大量的专业术语，很大一部分是在课堂上不会学到的，需要我们自己通过权威的渠道去查证，具有很强的专业性，因此对译员的要求更为严格，同时还要符合信达雅的原则。这也让我认识到，虽然我们在学校里学习了大量的英语词汇与语法的知识，但是对于特定领域的知识却是少之又少。作为一名笔译工作者，需要有大量的知识储备，对各行各业都要有一定的了解，就像那句话说的，know something about everything，这样才能在以后的实习或者工作中真正做到知己知彼，游刃有余。

工欲善其事，必先利其器。商务英语笔译不仅仅对译员的知识储备有较大的要求，同时也需要译员具备一定的计算机知识。在商务英语翻译过程中会涉及到相当多的专业术语，这就需要我们通过查阅资料和翻译软件来进行协助翻译，比如对于某一个领域的词汇，是否可以在网上寻找到语料库。

不积跬步，无以至千里。翻译能力提升的过程，无非就是不断练习的过程。不论是表达还是思维，翻译最需要的就是勤学苦学，同时还要跟上社会发展的步伐，及时补充和更新知识。作为一名译员，语言是一个重要前提，而博学多识则可以为翻译工作提供坚实的理论保证。通过本次实践，我深刻认识到了自己与一名真正的译员之间的差距。在未来的两年学习生涯中，我会想尽一切办法提升自己的专业能力，尽可能多地积累翻译经验。

附录：原文

1. 按本合同第二章规定的合同内容和范围，甲方向乙方支付的合同总价为XXX。

2. 本协议以及本协议规定的权力或义务，未经另一方同意不得擅自转让。

3. 合同生效后，当事人就质量、价格或者报酬、履行地点等内容没有约定或约定不明确的，可以补充协议。

5. 卖方必须在购货订单规定的时间内交货，否则，买方可取消合同，而不承担任何损失，并要求卖方赔偿由不交货所造成的一切损失。
